APP ACCESS

How can I gain full access to the app?

To gain full access to all classes on the app, go to the My Account section of the app and choose one of the membership options. You can choose a monthly or yearly option. Once you sign up you will have the ability to play and download every class and program on the app for the duration of your membership.

All membership options will renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

How does the free trial work?

When you first install the app you will get a 5 days of free access to all content. Once the five days is up you will need to register an account (or login if you already have an account with us) to continue full access. Once you register your account or login, you will get an additional 2 full weeks of free access to our complete library of classes.

After your 2 weeks are finished, you will need to purchase a membership to continue your full access to all of the classes on the app. However, you will still have access to 20-30 classes in a variety of styles if you choose not to order a membership.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership go to My Account - Subscription Details, or access your account in the app store you used to install the app.

If you originally purchased your subscription through the YogaDownload.com website and not the app, you will need to login to your account on the site and go to My Account - Subscription Information.

Can I download classes to use when I'm offline?

Yes! You can download classes you choose and then access them even when you're not connected to the internet. To do this navigate to a class and click the download button. The progress of the download will then be shown. Once your download completes you can access it from the main menu and then going to My Downloads.

Download Settings

Click on the settings icon in the upper right from your My Downloads page to:

- select whether you want to download classes over a wifi connection only (and avoid doing so when you're using cellular data)

- select whether you want to store your class downloads on external storage

- view the storage usage from your downloaded classes

To delete a downloaded class from your My Downloads section hold your finger on the class for a few seconds and then you will be able to select which class(es) you want to remove by pressing the delete button in the upper right.

How do I retrieve a lost password or user name?

To retrieve your user name and/or reset your password, go to the login page and select Forgot Username or Forgot Password.

How do I change my password?

To change your password go to the main menu and select Account and then Change Password.

APPLE TV / AIR PLAY

Use AirPlay to wirelessly stream our app classes from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch!

To use AirPlay, you need one of these devices:

iPhone 4 or later

iPad or iPad mini

iPod touch (4th generation or later)

You can stream content to these devices:

Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation)

To Use Air Play

  1. Connect your iOS device and Apple TV or AirPort Express to the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. On your iOS device, swipe up from the bottom of your screen to access Control Center. Tap AirPlay.
  3. Tap the name of the device you want to stream content to. You'll see icons of a TV screen next to each device. On iPad, you might need to scroll to see all of the available devices in the device list.

When you use AirPlay Mirroring, your TV uses the orientation and aspect ratio of your device. If you want the image from your device to fill your TV screen, you might need to to adjust your TV's aspect ratio or zoom settings.

CHROMECAST

Use Chromecast to wirelessly stream our app classes from your mobile device to your TV (Android devices only)!

Set up Google Home

  1. Make sure your Chromecast device is plugged into your TV and then change your TV’s input channel to the one your Chromecast is connected to.
  2. Download the Google Home Android app from the Google Play Store. Open the app, accept the terms, sign into your Google account, and follow the instructions.
  3. The main page should show up after the initial setup is complete. Tap “Add,” then tap on “Set up devices,” and finally tap “Set up new devices” once you see your Chromecast appear.
  4. Confirm which Google Account you want to use for your Chromecast. Allow the app to use Location services, and then tap “OK.”
  5. The app should then start scanning for your plugged-in Chromecast. When it shows up on your app screen, Tap on “Next.”
  6. The TV should show a code to confirm the Chromecast is connected to your app. When it does, tap “Yes.”
  7. Follow the next steps/prompts to continue the set-up process.

Cast your class to your TV

  1. In the Google Home app go to the Account tab in the lower right corner
  2. Scroll down and look for Mirror device and tap on it.
  3. Tap on the CAST SCREEN/AUDIO button.
  4. Select your Chromecast device.
  5. Navigate to our app and play your class.
